音乐会 The Sound of Kindness for Every Child
The Sound of Kindness For Every Child is an animation-themed fundraising concert for UNICEF organized by the Institute of Music Student Association and Maxy Chan from UCSI University, in aid of the Rohingya Refugee Crisis - 720,000 of Rohingya children at that time were residing at refugee camps in Bangladesh looking for humanitarian assistance.
The fundraising concert featured music of 10 animated movies from Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks, and Studio Ghibli: Coco, Moana, Tangled, How To Train Your Dragon, Frozen, Spirited Away, Totoro, Ratatouille, Pocahontas, and The Lion King performed by students of Institute of Music, UCSI University. Initiated by Maxy Chan, she also performed a medley from La La Land, and Keith Jarrett's Köln Concert Part IIc.
100% from the admissions and funds raised has been donated to UNICEF.
